I had a quick lunch at Terrasse Ouchy, located very close to the hotel. the staff was pleasant. the location was good, with a bakery and a supermarket within walking distance.

Very good position of the hotel and the view to the lake was wonderful. The staff very kind and available even it was busy; I forgot something important there and the staff declare his availability to send it to me, free.
The hotel has not his own parking; for this reason the cost of accomodation increase depending of the days you need to stay there.

The property has a particularly good and stunning location, it's very close to a ferry port. And it's 500 metres from Lake Geneva.

The staff during the evening and night shift are very very helpful. the hotel is very close to a ferry port, which I enjoyed. - the indoor restaurant serves tasty food.

The hotel is quite so you can relax during the time you stay and breakfast is also very good taking into account that currently most hotel in Europe don't offer breakfast included in the price.

It is well located, it is just on the lake and near a metro which bring you to the center in a few minutes. The price is reasonable. The staff is very kind.
The quality of rooms is lower than what the pictures show, I expected I superior level. The hotel interiors needs to be renovated.

The location was incredible, so close to a metro stop, the mountains of the southerly French lakeside, and the Central station. Tried some nice meals at Coffee & Co, located a few meters away from the hotel.

Accueil gentil et attentionné. Pull oublié dans la chambre me sera envoyé gratuitement : j'apprécie ce service.
Salle de bain trop petite pour 2 personnes. Le welcome drink doit être pris dans un bar distant de 100m où, personne ne s'étant occup de nous, nous en sommes ressortis en donnant nos bons de boisson à des fumeurs dehors.

The hotel was in a central location at Place de la Navigation. the room was reasonably large and the bed was very comfy. - the food was tasty. - the stunningly beautiful views from the hotel were impressive.

A relatively inexpensive hotel ideally situated on the lake, well connected via the very convenient Metro, perfect for attending conferences.
No air conditioning in my room (fan OK for me - might be inadequate when weather gets hotter). Street noise when window open (needed for ventilation). This may not apply to all rooms ! :-)

Best possible setting, near the metro line, metro, supermarket, restaurant, lake side, public Car park, and the lake and the metro. Also, very close to Ouchy ferry terminal.
